The Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts (MCA) is excited to announce that the walls in Galleria Valéncia at MCA are filled with artwork created by Riverway Learning Community students of art educator, Brianna Haupt. The variety of mediums used, subject matter and artistic techniques including color theory exploration, creations with re-purposed/recycled materials, string mache, printmaking, collage, and snowflake catching self portraits created with watercolors, make this exhibit unique and fun for all ages to view. One student artist even used plastic bags to create a dress as a way to showcase that plastic bags can be given a second life.

The community is invited to view the The Riverway Learning Community exhibit at no cost through the end of February during regular office hours (Mondays-Wednesday & Fridays 9 am-7 pm, Thursdays 11:30-5:30 pm,  and Saturdays 9 am-Noon) as well as any time programming is happening in the building.
