The Irish Dancers of Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts lead by Alanna Duffy-Pelowski will be providing several opportunities to experience some Irish dancing by one or all three of MCA’s Irish Dance classes. Performances will happen throughout the Winona area during the month of March. At most of the events there will even be opportunities for the audience to join in and learn a jig or reel step.

First stop is on Saturday, March 16 at 11:30am at Lark Toys, the famous toy store, just outside of Winona in Kellogg, MN (63604 170th Ave). Come enjoy the performance and stay for a carousel ride.

Also on Saturday, March 16  the community is invited to Island City Brewing Company at 3pm in downtown Winona (65 E. Front Street) to enjoy Irish food, drinks, music, and learn a fun dances like the Walls of Limerick.

For the fifth consecutive year MCA’s Irish Dancers will dance up a storm at the Monarch Public House in Fountain City (19 N. Main Street) on Saint Patrick’s Day, Sunday, March 17th. Performances will begin at 2:00pm and 3:00pm.

Finally, on Wednesday, March 27th at 5:15pm, the dancers will perform in the beautiful great hall at Watkins Manor (175 E. Wabasha St., Winona) for the residents of this senior living facility, however, the public is invited too.
