The Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts music division invites the community to a Fall Concert, Friday, Jan. 6, at 7 p.m.at the Valéncia Arts Center (home of MCA). (This concert is rescheduled from Dec. 16th, due to winter weather)

The concert will showcase the students from MCA’s first Suzuki guitar class, and a variety of private lesson students who study music at MCA. Students, ranging from 4-years-old and up, will be performing holiday favorites such “Jolly Old Saint Nickolas” & “Jingle Bells” and famous classics including “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” and Scott Joplin’s “The Entertainer”.

This concert will feature students of the following talented MCA instructors; Aleah Harvey, Kerry Klungtvedt, Theresa Remick, Rachael Ryan- Dalgren, and Ian Shultz.

Admission is free-will donation. All donations will support future programming and the MCA scholarship fund. MCA is committed to making the arts accessible to all community members.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a Minnesota State Arts Board Operating Support grant, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
