To keep everyone’s spirits high and to have a little fun, Irish dancers from the Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts will perform at the Monarch Public House in Fountain City, WI on March 17th, St. Patrick’s Day at 6:30 & 7:15pm.
Nestled in the fountain city bluffs, the Monarch is an Irish tavern that first opened in 1894. If you would like your add a little tradition to your St. Patrick’s Day this year, please come to support MCA dancers and a local establishment at: The Monarch Public House, 19 North Main Street, Fountain City, WI 54629 , This performance is free and open to the public.
Dancers have two performances on Sunday, March 20th . The first will be from 11am- 11:30am at Lark Toys in Kellogg, MN which will be followed by an Irish dance and ceili class taught by MCA instructors, Avin Honecker-Sherman and Alanna Pelowski from 11:30am- 1:00pm. The second performance that day will be for residents and staff at the Watkins Manor Assisted Living. The MCA dancers will perform under the direction of MCA Irish Instructor, Alanna Pelowski.

The Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts, an affiliate program of Saint Mary’s University, a nonprofit organization, offers programming in dance, music, visual art, and theatre. Classes, lessons, workshops, and camps are offered for ages 18mo. to adult at the Valéncia Arts Center, corner of 10th and Vila Streets, Winona.
